		<description>This is excellent news indeed!  I believe it will pass.  Lord knows many of us have worked long and hard on behalf of mental patients who need the coverage.  Mental illness is, after all, a treatable condition like physical illnesses, and it is high time for it to be treated as such by insurance companies.  

Our Congress and Senate has done an awesome job this year in giving support to bills that help disabled, sick, and elderly citizens.  I believe they will continue with the passage of this important legislation.  Congratulations to our representatives who sponsored the bill and to those who support it, as well as everyone who advocate for this and other legislation to help the mentally ill. 

Next, I invite all of you to please help get the mentally ill out of prison, where many are serving time for offenses that they either did not understand or lacked the wherewithall to control themselves sufficiently to avoid.
